<p class="title">An elderly man who went missing on November 26 was found dead in southern Bengaluru's Yediyur Lake on Sunday morning.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The deceased has been identified as T N Krishnaswamy, a resident of Jayanagar 4th Block. The police, who sent the body for post-mortem, suspect it to be a suicide.</p>.<p class="bodytext">A senior police officer said Krishnaswamy was living with his wife and both his sons are in the US. On November 26, he left home for a walk and did not return, following which his wife Gayatri filed a missing person complaint at the Jayanagar police station. Walkers noticed his body floating in the lake on Sunday morning and alerted the police.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The police identified him after a preliminary investigation. Though they suspect Krishnaswamy committed suicide by jumping into the lake four days ago, they are waiting for the post-mortem report to ascertain the cause of death. They suspect he slipped and fell into the lake by accident. </p>
