<p>Health Minister K Sudhakar said on Wednesday that Karnataka’s positivity rate was dropping despite testing only symptomatic patients.</p>.<p>“This is a good sign,” he said.</p>.<p>“Of course, I agree that the number of tests conducted has reduced.
