<p class="title">The management committee of Pushpagiri Sri Shantamallikarjuna Temple, Kumaralli, has requested the devotees to follow Covid-19 guidelines on the Mahashivaratri Festival to be observed in the temple on March 11.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The devotees are requested to wear face masks and follow social distancing, temple committee secretary Desh Raj stated in a press release.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Special puja will be held on the occasion of Mahashivaratri at Mahadeva Eshwara Temple at Negadalu village at the seventh mile of Kedakal Gram Panchayat near Suntikoppa.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Various rituals such as 'Maha Sankalpa', 'Ganga Puje', 'Ganapathy Puje', 'Punyaha', 'Pancha Kalasha', 'Navagraha Puje', 'Ganapathy Homa', 'Navagraha Homa', 'Rudrabhisheka', 'Pushpalankara', 'Bilwarchane' and 'Sahasra Deeparadhane' will be held.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Distribution of prasadam will be done after 'Mahapuje' and 'Mahamangalarathi'. Mass meals will be served to the devotees on the occasion, said temple chief priest Avinash Aradhya.</p>
