<p>Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has sought a report on the ‘lapses’ that occurred during Wednesday’s swearing-in event of the new ministers at Raj Bhavan.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Kumaraswamy gave the police a dressing down on Thursday after it came to light that several VIPs and VVIPs had difficulty entering the glass house inside Raj Bhavan. State police chief Neelmani N Raju and city police commissioner T Suneel Kumar met Kumaraswamy at his residence, where they were reportedly taken to task.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Assembly Speaker K R Ramesh Kumar complained that the traffic pile-up outside Raj Bhavan prevented him from participating in the event. Kumaraswamy directed the DG&IGP to submit a detailed report on the lapses.</p>
