<p>The Mumbai Police has seized Charas worth Rs 2.80 crore from a Nepalese national at Borivali in the suburbs of the financial capital on Tuesday.</p>.<p>The breakthrough was made by the Anti-Narcotics Cell’s Kandivali unit, according to Inspector Satish Taware.</p>.<p>Acting on a tip-off that a member of a Nepalese gang would be coming to the Borivali suburbs to sell charas near the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, the ANC laid a trap and arrested him with 14 kg of Charas.</p>.<p>The accused, who has been identified as Prabej Mahamjan Ansari, 23, from Bara district of south-central Nepal, has been arrested under the NDPS Act.</p>
