<p>Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday launched a fresh attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi accusing him of launching a “surgical strike” on the armed forces along with businessman Anil Ambani.</p>.<p>“The PM and Anil Ambani jointly carried out a One Hundred & Thirty Thousand Crore, SURGICAL STRIKE on the Indian Defence forces,” Rahul tweeted hours after former French president Francois Hollande's remarks on India proposing Reliance Defence as the offset partner for the Rafale deal triggered a political storm.</p>.<p>“Modi Ji you dishonoured the blood of our martyred soldiers. Shame on you.
