They are also rich in fibre, which helps in keeping cholesterol low and may even help in preventing cancer.</p>.<p class="BulletPoint"><strong><span class="bold">Drink more water:</span></strong> Experts suggest that one must drink a lot of water every day and avoid getting dehydrated under the scorching sun.
