During this phase of life, the energy levels of a toddler are very high and to support that, whole grain cereals must be included in the diet as they are not only a good source of energy, but also provide the much-needed fibre. Incorporate unprocessed cereals like whole wheat, rice, quinoa, maize, oats, millet in a toddler’s diet. You can cook them as porridge or prepare a fruit smoothie out of that to make it more appealing to your toddler.</p>.<p>3. Due to their high content of vitamins, minerals, water and antioxidants, fruits and vegetables are essential. </p>.<p>4. Eggs are a powerhouse of protein and fat-soluble vitamins.</p>.<p>5.
