India Post Payments Bank launched ‘DakPay’ -- a digital payments app by India Post on December 15 via video conferencing. At the event, Union Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, “I want postal department to start thinking new, innovative and big. I'll personally compliment if any employee implements an innovative idea. Even if Gramin postman implements any innovative idea, it should be implemented at national level.”
