"Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd becomes one window of the world of ADAG firm's over 200 million consumers," ADAG firm said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
This move effectively places in the Reliance Broadcast Networks' portfolio, possibly the country's largest and widest footprint in media to develop and market through a single point, the filing added.
"Our incomparable reach and multiple relevant touch points promise to attract advertisers and media houses who stand to gain significantly from our humongous network, all at one single touch point," Reliance Broadcast Network CEO Tarun Katial said.
Reliance Broadcast Networks already operational over 200 strong, trained integrated media and sales team -- Big Connect, which services over 1,000 clients each month through 52 offices across the country, is placed to maximise this opportunity and create value for advertisers and brand owners alike as its customer centric product build consumer engagement.
ADAG's media assets include, Delhi Airport Metro Express, Mumbai Metro One, Worli Sea Link, Reliance Mobile, BIG Cinema, Reliance World outlets, Zapak Gameplexes, BIG Flix, BIG Street, 92.7 BIG FM and soon to be launched English Channels with BIG CBS, Zapak.com and BIG Adda.
