Inaugurating the event, Toyota Kirloskar Managing Director Hiroshi Nakagawa said, “this is an opportunity for us to get direct feedback from customers across the country, which will in turn help us to further improve our products and services.”
Besides Innova, Corolla Altis, Land Cruiser and Fortuner, the event also showcased much awaited concept model Etios in its sedan and hatchback version.
Nakagawa said they will add three more dealers to the already exisiting seven dealers in Karnataka. “Our Rs 3,500 crore investment in Bidadi for second plant is almost over and plans to hire 2000 more persons in 2010,” he said.
Toyota’s customer engagement event is held over a span of four months and has already been held in six cities and will be held in three more soon.
