Budget 2024: Fiscal deficit expected at 5.8% of GDP in FY24

The Finance Minister announced fiscal deficit is down from 5.9% estimated earlier.

FM Nirmala Sitharaman while presenting the Interim Budget in the Parliament today announced that the fiscal deficit is expected at 5.8 per cent of GDP in FY24, down from 5.9 per cent estimated earlier.
