The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Ramnagar Assembly Constituency (AC No 02) in Pashchim Champaran district which went to polls on November 07, 2020. Bhagirathi Devi of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Ramnagar seat beating Indian National Congress candidate Rajesh Ram by a margin of 15796 votes.

In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, BJP candidate Bhagirathi Devi won Ramnagar constituency seat with a margin of 10.5% securing 82166 votes against Congress candidate Purnmasi Ram.
