At a rally in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, Priyanka Gandhi attacked the BJP on issues of unemployment and criticised the Agniveer scheme. She said, "When we talked about the old pension, the central government claimed there was no money. However, with great difficulty Sukhu ji started the old pension scheme for Himachal Pradesh.

"The youth of the country are unemployed, but the Modi government has brought a scheme like Agniveer.

"When we talked about One Rank, One Pension, they even changed that. Today, the Modi government has also cut down on disability pension.

"The question is what is Narendra Modi doing for the public?"

"This committee will investigate how Naveen Babu's health deteriorated so much in just one year. After investigation, the entire truth will be brought before the country and Odisha."

Rahul Gandhi addressed the public at an election rally in Patiala. He claimed he wanted to jumpstart the economy.

"Narendra Modi put money in the pockets of billionaires. He bought land and bungalows abroad. We will put this money in the pockets of the poor," he said.

"People here will spend this money in the country itself. Due to this, the closed factories will start functioning again and people will get employment. We will restart the stalled economy which was ruined by demonetisation and GST by putting money in people's pockets," he added.

At a roadshow in Chandigarh, Arvind Kejriwal slammed Amit Shah for the comment he made during a rally in Ludhiana. According to Kejriwal, Shah declared that after June 4, he will remove Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and banish the government.

To this Kejriwal replied by saying this type of behaviour amounts to 'hoolignism'.

"Gives us 13 out of 13 seats this time because the central government is doing hooliganism. Two days ago, Amit Shah said that after 4th June, he will topple the governement formed by you and will remove Bhagwant Mann. This is hooliganism," he said.

He later on jibed by saying that the people of Punjab have big hearts, so had Shah asked for their votes nicely, the people would have given him at least one seat.
