The document includes a "rate card" for purchases of MLAs (Rs 50 crore), corporators (Rs 1 crore), senior officers' transfers (Rs 1 crore each), district civil surgeons' transfers (Rs 25 lakh each), Talati exam paper (Rs 15 lakh), excise inspector exam paper (Rs 15 lakh), junior engineer jobs (Rs 10 lakh each) and Group-D government jobs (Rs 7 lakh each).

The document also highlighted the list of alleged scams of what it described as “Bhrasht Yuti”.

It describes the biggest sin of Maha Yuti as—“Maharashtra Dharma betrayed, and offered at the feet of Gujarat”.

Addressing an MVA press conference here, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray said, "It is not just me and Sharad Pawar who have been betrayed by traitors (a reference to the splits in the Shiv Sena and NCP) but Maharashtra itself has faced betrayal. This is the biggest sin of the Mahayuti (ruling alliance of Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena, BJP and Ajit Pawar-led NCP)."

The ‘Panchnama of Traitors’, which sets the tone for the MVA campaign for the Assembly elections, has listed burning issues like inflation, unemployment, crumbling infrastructure, crisis in health and education, the flight of industries from Maharashtra to Gujarat, and the misery among farmers, exemplified by unending suicides.

Assembly polls in Maharashtra are likely to be held next month. The term of the current assembly ends on November 26.
