The Zoram People's Movement (ZPM) government led by Lalduhoma took oath in Mizoram on Friday, giving the hilly northeastern state its first non-Congress, non-MNF government. The ZPM stormed to power on December 4 and trounced the Zoramthanga-led Mizo National Front (MNF) government by winning 27 out of the 40 seats.
