The former 'Baywatch' bombshell is on the brink of signing up for the hit reality series, which launches on Channel 5 this month, reported Daily Star.
The 44-year-old former Playboy pin-up has an advantage over her rivals because she has already been a housemate.
In 2008 she stunned viewers Down Under when she joined the Australian Big Brother. And last year she entered the Indian version 'Bigg Boss' and stayed for three days.
Show bosses in the UK were counting on her to steam up TV sets.
"I am very excited about the show. I will just be myself and have fun with the contestants in the house," said Anderson.
She has been linked with the spy-on-the-wall show for years but TV chiefs had not been able to persuade her to appear.
She was in talks with former BB bosses about joining CBB last year. Anderson said she would only say yes if her ex-husband Tommy Lee, 48, could go in as well. But the Motley Crue drummer got cold feet at the 11th hour and the pair pulled out.
Other names linked to the show include Charlie Sheen, 45, Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, 51, Amy Childs, 21, Jedward, 19, Kerry Katona, 30, and ex boxer Mike Tyson, 45.
