Three hotels in Andhra Pradesh received bomb threats via email on Friday, reported ANI.
Tirupati East Police Station Circle Inspector Srinivasulu said that an FIR has been registered regarding the email and the investigation is under way.
"The case is being investigated from various angles. We will soon trace the culprits, and those behind the email will be identified after the investigation is completed," the official said, as quoted by ANI.
This comes amid a spate of bomb threats in the country, which is plaguing aircraft carriers and now CRPF schools as well.
