Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan continues to be part of Swachh Bharat Mission to sustain the Open Defecation Free status of the villages.

The Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation (MDWS), which oversees the Swachh Bharat Mission, launched the “Darwaza Band – Part 2” campaign – a sequel to the “Darwaja Band Part I” campaign that had Bachchan asking people to use toilets.

Bachchan, himself, was present when the MDWS launched the new campaign in Mumbai on Wednesday.

The 'Darwaza Band- Part 2' campaign is supported by the World Bank and was rolled out countrywide immediately after the launch, according to a press release issued by the MDWS in New Delhi.

The new campaign stresses that toilets should be used by all, on all days and under all circumstances (har koi, har roz and hamesha).

The “Darwaza Band Part 2” films launched on Wednesday would be aired across various television channels over the next few weeks in various regional languages.
