Bihar woman cuts man's private parts for refusing to marry her

The Saran Police said that the man had been referred to a local hospital in Patna for treatment.

A woman cut the private parts of a man who was one of her acquaintances, on Tuesday, when he refused to marry her after two years of being in a relationship in Bihar's Saran, news agency ANI reported.

The Saran Police in a press release said that the man has been referred to a local hospital in Patna for treatment and a case has been registered in the matter.
