BSNL employee Sajad Ahmad Dar, a resident of Sangrampora in Sopore, was arrested for providing 10 SIM cards and one WLL (Wireless in Local Loop) connection to militants of Hizbul Mujahideen, a police spokesman said.

"The accused is a contractual employee with BSNL and an IT expert. He has been working for Hizbul's militant network for about one year," the spokesman said.

The SIM cards, WLL connection provided to the militants were registered in fake names and addresses, he said.
