Chhattisgarh Cabinet minister Brijmohan Agrawal hit out against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday, saying the former grand old party chief "is arriving during the 'Rahu Kaal,' and the state budget is scheduled during the 'Abhijeet Kaal'".
Rahul's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra will enter Chhattisgarh on February 8, and the state assembly budget session is scheduled for February 9.
