Union Minister and BJP leader Kiren Rijiju on Friday attacked the Congress party at a press conference and said that it was a "curse" for India to have Rahul Gandhi as the Leader of Opposition.
He claimed that Rahul Gandhi had neither read the Constitution, nor had does he understand its spirit.
"It’s an insult for such a person to even speak the word 'Constitution'. I believe it’s inappropriate for someone like him to even touch the Constitution. It’s our misfortune that such a person has become the LoP, and I have to deal with him," Rijiju added.
