The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday said it disagrees with the Delhi High Court order staying the bail granted to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the trial court and will challenge it in the Supreme Court.
The high court stayed the trial court order on Tuesday.
A vacation bench of Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain said the trial court failed to appreciate the material placed before it by the Enforcement Directorate and did not apply its mind while deciding the AAP leader's bail plea.

The Court tells Kejriwal's counsel that it will hear them after the CBI counsel will place on record the material they have for Kejriwal's arrest.
The Delhi BJP on Wednesday said Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was bound to be arrested by the CBI in the excise policy case as the agency had presented incriminating documents against him in court.
The documents presented before the court in the excise policy "scam" established that Kejriwal was the "mastermind" behind it. The excise policy was formulated under his supervision and a "big scam" was committed, Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva told PTI Videos.
In a post in Hindi on X, the AAP said, "The dictator crossed all limits of cruelty!! Today when there was every possibility of Chief Minister @ArvindKejriwal getting bail, the BJP went into panic mode and got Kejriwal arrested by the CBI in a fake case." "The CBI took Kejriwal ji to Rouse Avenue Court where his blood sugar level dropped very low. Dictator, no matter how much oppression you inflict, Kejriwal will neither bow down nor break," it said.

Sunita Kejriwal took to X and wrote, "Arvind Kejriwal got bail on 20th June. Immediately ED got a stay.
"The very next day CBI made him an accused. And today he was arrested. The whole system is trying to ensure that the man does not come out of jail. This is not law. This is dictatorship, this is emergency."

AAP leader Sanjay Singh addressed a press conference and said, "Whatever happened in the court today, I would like to appeal to media that if the CBI and ED are providing fake news, then that news is sponsored by the Modi government and it needs to be verified.
"Today, the CBI claimed that Arvind Kejriwal has blamed Manish Sisodia (in the excise policy case). When Arvind Kejriwal opposed it, the judge asked the CBI to show him Arvind Kejriwal's statement. After taking a look at his statement, the judge said the CBI is wrong and Arvind Kejriwal has not made any such remark."
