Arvind Kejriwal's case pertains alleged corruption and money laundering in the formulation and execution of the Delhi government's now-scrapped excise policy for 2021-22.
He was arrested by ED on March 21 for his alleged connection in the excise policy case and is currently in Tihar jail.
