BRS leader K Kavitha withdrew her bail application in connection with the Delhi excise policy case from the Rouse Avenue court on Tuesday, news agency ANI reported.
Kavitha has instead sought a default bail in the CBI case linked to the Delhi excise policy.
On July 31, Kavitha's judicial custody was extended by a Delhi court till August 13.
