Vishwa Hindu Parishat (VHP) All India joint secretary Raghavalu said that the elected representatives should raise their voice demanding the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya in the forthcoming winter session in parliament to begin from December 11.
Addressing a gathering here at Rajangana parking area organised to create a public opinion on the construction of Ram Mandir, the VHP leader said that the saints and VHP members would urge every member of the parliament irrespective of their political affiliation to demand the construction of the temple.
"An ordinance should be passed. The 540 odd parliamentarians should unitedly take up the issue," he stressed and appealed to the huge crowd assembled to make use of social media to reach out to every individual in every village to build a momentum on supporting the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
Lauding the efforts of the Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath for renaming Allahabad as Prayagraj, Raghvalu informed Ardh Kumbhamela would be held in January. Around six crore people are expected to take part and 29 tents had been installed on the banks of River Ganga.
Two-day Dharmasamsad will also be organised from January 31 to February 1, wherein 20,000 saints are expected to take part. The united voice would emerge pressuring for the government to take a decision.
He added Geetha Jayanti will be held in six lakh villages in the country for seven days from December 18.
He said that it was not worth waiting for the court verdict.
He termed Muslims, Christians as demons, Raghavalu said that there was need to fight against atrocities created by these religions.
Muslims may influence the parliament and the court. There are 77 photographs proving remains of Ram Mandir.
