Police also seized 1,400 litres of adulterated kerosene and 3,600 litres of diesel from the accused during a raid conducted in various parts of the city.
Subramani (38) and Nagaraj (35) were arrested from BIA area while Harish (28) and Devraj (36) from Yelahanka andBagalur localities respectively, police said.
Efforts were on to nab a few more persons involved in the racket, they said.
