Bengaluru: The BBMP has decided to issue notices to property owners who do not keep their vacant sites clean. The property tax dues of such sites will also be checked during the special drive.
The decision was taken on Monday at a meeting chaired by BBMP Chief Commissioner Tushar Girinath.
Girinath also discussed action against illegal flexes and banners, white-topping works, destroying mosquito-breeding spots and fixing street lights.
