Bengaluru: Telangana’s BJP MLA, Raja Singh, has been charged in Bengaluru for delivering a hate speech against Muslims.
As per the FIR, a video of Singh delivering a speech in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, was uploaded to Facebook on October 1. It alleges that Singh promoted enmity between different castes and religions.
The complainant stated that Singh’s speech could harm national harmony, and sought action against him.
An FIR has been filed under various sections.
