Organised by Education in Ireland, a state agency under the Ministry of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, the event attracted over 400 prospective Indian students and their parents. Senior representatives and academics from 18 Irish higher education institutions provided information on Ireland's educational landscape, course options, accommodation, financial aid and career prospects.

“With over 8,000 Indian students choosing Ireland last year, we look forward to welcoming more talented students from across India,” said Barry O’Driscoll, Regional Manager for India and South Asia, Education in Ireland. A panel discussion on careers in health sciences and pharmacy was also held.

The participating institutions included Trinity College Dublin, the University of Galway, the University of Limerick, and the National College of Ireland. The event was also conducted in Delhi, Pune, Mumbai and Chennai.
