She is all geared up for her yet to be named Hindi venture. Directed by Rajiv Walia, the movie is also Raveena Tandon's comeback project.

Overwhelmed by the offer, Archana says she takes every character as a challenge and doesn’t compromise with her work quality. Her dream is to work with all the talented directors across the languages and experiment with different kinds of roles.

Archana is looking forward to working with Puneeth, Diganth, Darshan and Upendra in Sandalwood. Her latest project in Kannada ‘Lift Kodla’ with Jaggesh has already released and doing well at the box office. She also has another film ‘Karthik’ in hand. In a chat with Metrolife, Archana speaks about her personal favourites

Food to gorge upon: I don’t eat junk food and always say a big no to beverages. Dal, chapati, salads are my favourites and I drink ample water.

Fitness regime: I regularly do yoga and spinning.

Gadget freak: My Blackberry is everything to me. The net is so fast that I can easily rely upon it for every work. Connecting with friends is no longer a problem because of it.

Hobbies to pursue: Listening to music and watching good cinema.

Weekend rules: I don’t pre-plan them as such. I mostly spend time with family and also catch up with friends.

Comfort dressing: All kinds of outfits which are comfortable.

Vacation spots: Kashmir or any other hill station. 

Books to browse: The
Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. The book has many simple teachings wrapped up in complex sentences.

All ears to: Aanewala Pal Jaane Waala Hai is my evergreen favourite. I live in present without caring for other things.

Actors I admire: Amitabh Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit. Madhuri is my idol also.

Vroom...vroom...: I am in love with my Honda City but to own a Rolls Royce is my dream.
