Bengaluru: An FIR has been filed against Kannada actor Mayur Patel and others for trespassing on a property, demolishing a compound and constructing a shed.
The case was registered on Friday against Subramanyam (A1), NR Bhat (A2), Patel (A3) and others at the HSR Layout police station.
According to the complainant Shalini, at around 6 am on Friday, the three, along with 50-75 people arrived at the said land in Begur. They also brought an earthmover, which razed the compound wall, the woman alleged.
“They then constructed a shed on the empty plot,” Shalini told the police.
She further claimed that the suspects, including Patel, violated a court order, illegally trespassed and caused damage of Rs 5 to 10 lakh.
A case was registered under BNS sections, including criminal trespass and unlawful assembly. Further probe is on, the police said.
