"The government has decided to decree three days of national mourning beginning from Monday," Houngbo said on national television on Saturday

Hooded separatist rebels opened fire as the team's buses crossed into the restive Angolan enclave of Cabinda to participate in the African Nations Cup on Friday.

Togo later pulled its team from the 22-day competition, but the Confederation of African Football and Angola announced the tournament would go on amid tightened security
