These cases were solved in the past three months by a team and valuables including 14 four wheelers, 50 two-wheelers, 3 kgs of and six kgs of silver ornaments were recovered from the accused, City Police Commissioner Jyothi Prakash Mirji told the press here today.
Significant among the cases include arrest of 27 accused in 28 cases by the Ulsoorgate police and valaubles worth Rs 70 lakh from them.
In another case, Sheshadripuram police nabbed one person and recovered 500 grams of gold and six kilograms of silver ornaments from him.
He was allegedly involved in house break and vehicle theft cases.
Cubbonpark police arrested a physically challenged person who had stolen computer equipment worth Rs five lakh from Vidhana Soudha. He was involved in 16 such cases.
