Video of helmetless MLA jumping signal goes viral

A video showing JD (S) MLA and former minister B Z Zameer Ahmed Khan riding a two-wheeler without wearing a helmet and jumping a signal went viral on Friday.

While the date and time of the incident is not known, the Chamarajpet MLA is seen riding a scooter with a pillion, who is also not wearing a helmet. The lawmaker is seen flanked by his supporters who are also violating traffic rules.

The city traffic police said the video will be examined and action initiated against Khan and others.
