Belagavi: A college student succumbed to her injuries after she fell from a hostel building at Hirekodi village in Chikkodi taluk on Tuesday.
It is yet to be known if she fell or was pushed.
The deceased (name withheld) who has been identified, was a resident of Gokak.
She had been staying in a hostel at Chikkodi and was studying during the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday for her examinations.
Chikkodi police are investigating the case.
