According to a press release, one of the unique features of this vessel is the staff guest ratio of 1:1.6, which provides the highest level of personal service in the six star tradition of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

As many as 450  passengers opted for ground tour and visited places in and around
Mangalore like, 1000 pillar Basadi at Moodbidri, monolithic statue of lord Bahubali at Karkala, Soans farm, cashew factories, St Aloysius chapel, Gokarnanatha temple, Kadri Manjunatha temple,  city shopping etc, returned to the vessel in the evening and sailed off . There were 263 passengers from USA (263), 93 from Germany and 81 from Canada. This is the fifth cruise vessel called at the port during the current financial year.

NMPT Chairman P Tamilvanan said that five more vessels are expected as against four vessels handled during the previous year.

The next vessel is expected during the first week of December.
