KPCC president D K Shivakumar has appointed T M Dharmaja Uthappa as the working president of the Kodagu District Congress Committee (DCC).
The post of DCC president is lying vacant after K K Manjunath tendered his resignation. The DCC office-bearers have been dissolved.
