DSS stages protest against MLA

Dalit Sangharsha Samithi (DSS) staging a protest against the State government and MLA K M Krishnamurthy in Kadur.

The protestors submitted a memorandum to Tahsildar on the occasion. They took out procession and shouted slogans against the government and MLA.

The leaders said Banjaru, Gomala, Hulubandi land should be reserved in the taluk. The misappropriation of 22.75 per cent fund under Gram Panchayat should be probed. They said Gram Panchayat must sanction land for the construction of Dr Ambedkar Bhavana and Dr Ambedkar statue must be installed in taluk office premises. State convener Bhadravathi Sathya, Divisional Convener N Venkatesh and others took part.
