Speaking with reporters here on Saturday, he alleged that some goons along with Goa minister for Home, Public Works and Energy entered the hotel rooms where the BJP dissidents were staying, and threatened them to part ways with BJP.
He said the goons, carrying fire arms entered the hotel rooms and terrorised the dissidents. However, Goa former chief minister Manohar Parrikar and some BJP activists with the help of police rescued the BJP dissidents and took them to a safe place, he maintained. Reddy also termed Kumarswamy as ‘goonda.’
Answering a query, he said, Excise Minister Renukacharya was nervous after the atmosphere created by the Congress and JD(S) in Goa, and had returned to the BJP fold.
