The route to the hill stations, Mullayanagiri and Bababudangiri, in Chikkamagaluru, will be reopened from September 2, stated a press release issued by District Superintendent of Police Harish Pande.
Movement of vehicles to the hill stations was banned following landslides which resulted in the loss of connectivity to these areas.
