The lion named Sarvesh (5), which was brought from Bannerghatta National Park, Bengaluru to Tyavarekoppa zoo-cum-safari near Shivamogga recently, seems to be in aggressive mood on Thursday. It weighs around 271 kg and it has been kept in a holding room. The lioness Sushmita was also brought from Bannerghatta and it weighs around 161 kg. The other two lions Arya (13) and Manya (7) have been kept in open enclosures for public viewing. The two lions were brought from Bannerghatta to enhance the population of lions.
