Lokayukta police today submitted a 'not guilty' report on a private complaint against former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, Housing Minister V Somanna and his family members, alleging illegal denotification of land.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Palakshaiah submitted "B" report in the complaint filed by Bangalore-based advocate Yogeshwar.
Judge N K Sudhindra Rao then adjourned the case to November 15 for further hearing.
Besides Yeddyurappa and Somanna, his (Somanna's) wife Shailaja and son Naveen were named as accused in the May 24 complaint and charged with illegal denotification of 33 acres of land in Nagadevanahalli in Doddaballapura rural limits for pecuniary gain, causing loss to the state exchequer.
The Lokayukta court had ordered probe into the complaint on July 11.
