Mysuru: RTI activist Gangaraju on Saturday stated that he will lodge a complaint with the Karnataka Governor for the prosecution of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in another case involving his wife B M Parvathy.

Speaking to media persons in Mysuru on Saturday, he has alleged that Parvathy had purchased a plot of MUDA land which belonged to Ganesh Dixit on Survey number 445 in Hebbal, Kasaba hobli, Mysuru taluk for Rs 1.85 crore.

She got 1187.92 sq metres of land registered on September 29, 2023, of which 47.48 sq metres of land was on a road and contained a pipeline. After realising the same, Parvathy got it rectified and got a slightly smaller plot of land registered on August 31, 2024, leaving the road and pipeline space out of her property, Gangaraju alleged.

The RTI activist said that recently, in the wake of various developments in MUDA row, the CM's wife Parvathy had returned 14 alternative sites allotted by MUDA in Vijayanagar third and fourth stage in Mysuru, which she had got as compensation from MUDA, for using her 3.16 acre land on survey number 464 of Kesare village in Mysuru taluk without acquiring it.

It has become a trend for Parvathy to return land the moment she realises any flaws, Gangaraju alleged, urging a probe against the CM in this case as well.
