Mysuru: The Enforcement Directorate has issued summons to Mysuru-based RTI activist Snehamayi Krishna who has complained against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah relating to the MUDA issue.

ED has asked him to appear before them at their Bengaluru zonal office located at Shantinagar in Bengaluru at 11am on Thursday.

V Muralikkannan, who is conducting investigation under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002 (15 of 2003) in the case, has issued summons to Krishna.

He has asked Krishna to appear in person before him, to give evidence and produce records in connection with the investigation or proceedings under PMLA 2002. If Krishna fails to appear before him at the said time and place, and give the evidence and documents, he shall be liable for penal proceedings under PMLA 2002 (15 of 2003), they have stated in the summons.
