Madikeri: Kodagu district continued to receive heavy rains coupled with strong winds on Wednesday as well.
Following a red alert in the district by IMD, Deputy Commissioner Venkat Raja has declared holiday to all anganwadis, primary, high school and PU colleges in the district on July 18.
