The police personnel have booked 26 cases and slapped a fine of Rs 22,000 on two-wheeler riders for riding without helmet in Shanivarasanthe.
Following complaints of an increase in helmetless riding, the police personnel carried out a drive to check those who were riding without helmets and those who did not possess proper documents.
