New Delhi: Union Steel Minister and JD(S) leader H D Kumaraswamy on Tuesday accused that the Siddaramaiah-led Karnataka government is conspiring to send him to jail by raking up old cases.
"The Karnataka Congress leaders are discussing sending me to jail. I already secured the bail. Now the Congress leaders should worry about the fate of Siddaramaiah due to the MUDA scam," the Union Minister told media persons here.
"Instead of worrying about me, the CM should be worrying about his fate as he is now the accused person in the MUDA case," Kumarswamy added.
“With Siddaramaiah’s wife returning the 14 plots allotted to her, the Chief Minister accepted his crime. In this scenario, where is the moral right to continue in the CM’s post,” he said.
Alleging that the CM was using the IPS officers to target me, Kumaraswamy said that the “I have information about where and in whose chamber they are discussing this. It has been discussed that Kumaraswamy should be sent to jail one day,” he alleged.
