Superintendent of Police Lakshman Nimbargi said there are several challenges in the path of the achievement.
Speaking at a programme organised to give away the Vidyaposhak scholarships to meritorious students by Yakshagana Kalaranga, he called upon the students to encounter challenges with courage and said it is only then possible to achieve success.
“Success is not easily available. It is the sheer combination of handwork and sincerity,” he said.
He stressed that there is a need for strong determination and inferiority complex should not be allowed to creep in.
The students should have strong commitments towards achieving their goal irrespective of the medium of study. There are no hindrances in the process of success in whatever medium the student has studied. It is only determination that matters, he said.
He urged the students to take up competitive exams. The students are allowed to write exams in Kannada language, he said referring to himself and his achievements by clearing civil service exams.
Admaru Mutt junior seer Eshapriya Swami said the human beings should not be under the illusion of being intellectual. Everyone has to learn in all phases of life. Education is the only way out to make human beings more sensible towards the society.
